We went to a birthday party at a Tae Kwon Do studio today, and Henry loved it...even though he was his usual spazzy self. I think it may help him with listening and discipline, so I took them up on their party offer of three classes + uniform for $20 so he can try it out. To be continued...

You get the uniform and three classes for $20? That's a grast deal, just for the uniform alone. Great dress-up or halloween if need be. :-)
That's what I was thinking! I paid that much for his Spiderman costume, and there were no web-slinging tutorials involved :)
