Jump For Kids-Strong Kids Campaign

This morning Charlie and I went into Henry's classroom to cheer him on for his jump-a-thone. Here he is...waiting patiently for his turn to jump! He cried after the first round because he thought that it was over and he didn't get his turn :( But the tears dried quickly as he realized his moment to shine would come.

Whew! Getting an orange and some water after a minute of jumping...yep, he jumped 116 times!

Putting on his frog 'medal' that says Jumping for Kids

Now it's a jumping free-for-all with the whole class!

Jasper Lee

Ben making a classic Jared face.

I love babies with old souls...Jasper just looked right at me when I was taking pictures of him. Of course, it probably helped that I didn't use the flash!

He is so beautiful! Ben and Heidi are great parents and seem to be finding their groove with him really quickly. I was so busy ogling him that I realized I had to take some pictures at the end of my stay.

Clockwise from top right; Countertops, tumbled stone backsplash (one row of tile), hand-scraped bamboo floors, chestnut satin stained beech cabinets...all the materials for the kitchen

View of the kitchen and dining nook, from the entryway of the laundry room.

View of front entry and dining room from breakfast bar. The first door-way is a closet and the second door-way leads to the hallway to the 'master suite' :)

Living room from the breakfast bar.

The tile I picked for the fireplace surround, the trim, and the coveted hand-scraped bamboo floors

Back patio with sliders leading from the breakfast nook and the window into the living room

View of the side yard...hall-bathroom window, and guest bedroom window, door into the garage. The other side of the house has the same size of side-yard...otherwise known as future site of the Wutzke Family Garden.

Our back yard runs from the stake in the foreground to the apex of the fences in the back corner.

My Cabinets in My Garage...that just feels good to say :)

And then the camera batteries died. No, Dad, I did not bring back-ups...so you'll have to wait for pictures of the bathrooms, bedrooms and bonus room, but really, once you've seen one bathroom and bedroom, right? Oh, but the closet in the master...can you say huge?!

This is dedication; our realtor went to the house early Sunday morning to get some pictures for me because there was rain in the forecast and he wanted sunshine in my pictures! They're getting ready to pour the cement for the sidewalks (ah, my Massachusetts dream of a pedestrian friendly home is coming true!), driveway, steps and back patio.

The living room seen from the kitchen. The breakfast bar where the sinke and dishwasher will be is in the foreground. The sliders seen in the back right are off of the dining 'nook' (which is far bigger than our dining room now) and then you would have the entrance from the garage and laundry room just off of where the picture is being taken from. I think. having the floorplan reversed is seriously challenging my spatial learning skills ;)
