Charlie was able to fit into the baptismal gown that my godmother made for me...my sister and her husband were the godparents and Henry served as the reminder to all that I've only recently begun attending church with any regularity. He immediately removed his shoes and socks and proceeded to have the run of the church. Thanks to Granny and Kathy, he was sequestered to some degree.

To Market, To Market

The drive to LaGrande was made just in the nick of time...we got through the Gorge about two hours before they closed it for a couple of days.

Jared was absolutely thrilled that the 4 hour drive suddenly turned into seven

It's my party and I'll have fun if I want to

I got to get together with some friends from work for some much-needed alone time! Here's the hostess with the mostest and the spread provided by all my friends.

Aparrently, a couple chuckles in the back row thought they were at a family photo shoot circa 1985 ;)

It's crazy how fast life changes...the second picture was taken just over a year ago (August 07) on the same couch, but in a different house, different throw pillows and, oh yeah, one more kid!

I had to put this one in, because he was obviously in the middle of a sneeze and I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it...

Henry's feeding his baby. He's been "the Mommy" lately, which was really cute until he started saying "I'm desausted!" and "I'm exserious!" in a not very nice tone...awesome.

Cute as a baby's bottom...

Sittin' Pretty

I think his eyes are going to stay blue, but I used the 'warmify' on this picture, so you can't tell as much. Pretty soon you'll all see it for yourselves!

First Snowfall of the Year

Why's it so dark, you may be asking yourselves. Well, because that's what it looks like before 5am.

Santa Explaining the Mysteries...

Henry just walked right up to the crowd and sat on the step beside Santa...here, Santa is explaining the magical dust that he sprinkles on the reindeer. So magical, in fact, that you can't see it. Henry thought this was so fun and special and kept it cupped in his hand for quite some time. He's been letting me know lately all the things that he's going to have Santa buy him...I've been saying back 'Santa doesn't buy all the things you ask for.' Ay Ay Ay!

Cookies with Santa

Santa is demonstrating the magical dust he sprinkles on the reindeer to make them fly. Henry walked around with his palm open for about a half hour...he was devastated when he fell and thought he dropped it all, but I assured him it was still there. His hand was still light as a feather, afterall.

He's just too excited for words.
